Appointments booked with less than 24 hours notice can be booked via contacting me at empowersportsmassage@gmail.com or via text message at (206) 552-0789.

If you prefer to pay with Venmo contact me directly to set up an appointment. Please see payment policies below.

Payment for sessions

Empower Sports Massage & Bodywork accepts Credit cards, HSA/ FSA cards & Venmo payments. To create ease at checkout and in an effort to reduce no shows, a credit card payment is required in full to book your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service with more than 48 hours notice you will be refunded for the amount you were charged or it will be applied to your next visit. Please see my Cancellation policy for further information.

Intake Documents & Arriving for your Appointment

For new clients a health intake form is required at the time of booking your appointment. Please ensure that your health intake form is filled out before coming to your appointment so that we can get started on time.

Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before their appointment start time. In the event that you are running late, the service may be shortened in order to maintain the schedule and the original treatment time will still be charged.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment; if you are cancelling with more than 48 hours notice you will receive your prepayment back. Cancellations or late rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session price - NO EXCEPTIONS. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will result in loss of booking privileges immediately.

Case by Case exceptions can be made if you are sick or have an emergency. ” Forgetting” your appointment is not an emergency and is NOT TOLERATED- this is considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of the service price. If you need assistance in having an extra reminder for your appointment then please let me know.

COVID 19 Policy

Masks are optional during your appointment. Please let me know if you would prefer me to wear one. If you have any symptoms of COVID -19 or know that you have been exposed to COVID -19, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
